Love my urban cruiser, purchased at the start of COVID, over 17,000 kms later and it’s still solid and running great. Green light cycle has always been very helpful, efficient and takes care of all the bikes needs at a very reasonable service fee. Very comfortable ride
Fantastic bikes! I've got an urban rider (Mountain bike, not the step-thru) and use it every single day for work. Good acceleration, smooth ride, and the battery lasts a long time! Kept it well maintained and it'll treat you well.
This place is a fraud, very unprofessional and disrespectful! They falsely employ workers (mostly refugees) get the work done by them and then terminate their employment without any prior notice. Please do yourself a favor by not doing business with this fraudulent company!
This is solid company with fantastic customer service. The staff are courteous, professional and very helpful. I have had my urban ryder bike for four years and always take it to Green Light for serving and/or repairs. Pricing is reasonable and the work is done quickly. I highly recommend Green Light Cycle.
Terrible support. they would try anything to not address the issue. So basically you are on your own
