I bought a massage as a birthday gift through Groupon. When my mom went to redeem it, they said it wasn't good, because I paid Groupon and not them. They treated my mom very poorly, and just stuck her in a dark room. They also refused to accept that I made an appointment earlier in the week. Reported to groupon and will not be going back.
The front desk/receptionist is really rude, she doesn't know how to redeem a Groupon from a printed coupon and literally yelled at me. There was another employee who was very nice and tried to remedy the situation by offering me to redeem my groupon for "gift cards", which I did. I am not even sure if they will honor this gift cards at a later date. Since I already paid, I will go back for the 2 massages I already bought but will never be back. It was very stressful to deal with this employee.
I love it ! This place totally release my stress ! I usually come here once a month ! I recommend mother comes here to get their massage and it's super relaxing ! �
