Green Lawn technician Karell did a great job with our first annual application. More importantly, he reviewed my account history and called to confirm that he applied only one treatment, not a combination of treatments in one visit, as I requested last Summer! This attention to specific customer requirements is unprecedented, and greatly appreciated.

New technician Jose Mendez came out this morning. What qualifies this review isn't necessarily the lawn work (which was good), it was Jose's demeanor and courtesy. He was pleasant, smiling, polite. He took care in what he did and went a little above the expected - he brought my empty trashcans (3) back from the curb to the house, and took care around my kids' new swing set, spraying by hand to avoid getting chemicals on the set. Very satisfied.
