I would not recommend this company. I hired Green Lawn Fertilizing for a one-time service only in 2023 for a rental property. Despite clearly canceling afterward, they performed unauthorized services in 2024 and again in 2025 without my consent. I personally called their office in both 2024 and 2025 and clearly told them I wanted all services canceled. Even after those calls, they continued to show up anyway. Avoid this group. We canceled our service and they came to our home and put another treatment on our lawn. They shouldn't have as when we called to cancel they said they wouldn't be out to our home any more. Not only did they put something on our lawn we didn't authorize, they charged us for it. When we called to tell them they shouldn't have and we shouldn't owe them any further $$, we were told 'don't worry about it, I see in our records you canceled and we shouldn't have returned to our home. I DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I hired this company to aerate my lawn in 2024. The service was adequate and I paid for it. In 2025 I received another invoice from green lawn for the same service and when I inquired about it they stated that on my original invoice there was a note indicating the service would be annual unless I requested in writing I did not want a recurring service. I NEVER REQUESTED, WAS TOLD, NOR AUTHORIZED THIS SERVOCE! I wrote a formal complaint letter to the owner because this is illegal in New Jersey, but... read more
