If I could give 6 stars, I would! First, having a conversation with Cass is like having a conversation with a friend you've known for years. She talks to you like a human, never condescends and is always ready to help. The negative reviews are very misleading, confusing and provide very little context as a.) Fantastic all around! Very responsive at any time, always willing to answer questions and provide excellent clarity on any document presented.
