Fabulous treatments with Ash, Jezznee, Jenna and Loel. Front desk staff is helpful, and the tx rooms are inviting and warm.
Front desk person who exclaims What's your name??!! Is annoying. Unprofessional, and she never knows my name although I've had over 20 treatments there.

The music that's played throughout the spa is horrible. It's not fitting for massage or acupuncture and sounds like jazz or soul porn. Please change it to something relaxing and appropriate.
I've gotten massages from multiple providers here and always have a wonderful experience. They are receptive to pressure feedback and give careful focus to the areas that need the most work. The ambiance is very relaxing too. Yes, the wait list can be a month out or more, but I think it's a testament to the quality of services offered here that repeat customers book up slots early. The new provider special is a great way to get an appointment soon and save money.
