I had a pretty disappointing experience with James D. Green and his office. I reached out to him in May about a simple small claims matter involving my car. I sent over all of the photos, messages, and information they asked for, and from there it felt like I constantly had to chase them down just to get an update. I followed up multiple times, and on June 9 I was told that my file would be reviewed and that a demand letter should be drafted the following week. I still didn’t receive it.
