Jade is a truly caring and highly knowledgeable professional. She has a wonderful ability to listen and to taper her approach to suit your needs. And later on, she takes the time to send you follow-up notes, plus extra information. After my first appointment, I realised that I hadn't felt this good in a very, very long time.
