Awful experience. Went for a one hour whole body massage - the man who massaged me seemed inexperienced, and repeatedly scratched up and down my back with his snagged thumbnail, even after I told him he was doing so. I stopped the massage after 20mins as it was so uncomfortable. He blamed me for having a "sensitive back", complained that he'd postponed his lunch break, and tried to claim I had a temperature (which I did not - I felt fine and checked when I got home and was 36.5º).
