I had a terrible experience with Green Doc Health. They took my money after telling me I would not need any documentation, only for the doctor to later say that documentation was required. The problem is, the doctor did not provide any way to submit documentation and simply denied me on the spot. There was no follow-up email, no written approval or denial notice, and no guidance on next steps. Once they had my money, communication basically stopped. This place is shady. They are getting patients emails and telling them there are expired when they are not, cancelling your old doctors orders, and putting orders in incorrectly. They are also doing telemed for new patient's when to law clearly states that the initial visit is supposed to be an "in person" then you can do telemed for 7 month follow ups. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
0 stars. This is not a qualified physician. They don't know how to send documents to the MMU. You will go days without your medication due to the errors this company makes. I advise to find a different physician!
