Very Rude - Building 8. I drove a couple of hours to Green Front last weekend and was told I could call to confirm stock availability once I narrowed down which bed frame I wanted to purchase. When I called, the woman who answered started off with an unpleasant tone, asking, “Did I speak to you the other day?” I explained it was my first time calling. Not what it advertises itself as and not what I was expecting. This place was some okay furniture there but there is a reason they don't show their prices online. They are hands down one of the most expensive furniture stores in Virginia. Moreover, the style of furniture is about two to three decades out of date. If your in your mid to late 70s and have done extraordinarily well in life, this place is for you. For everyone else, just go ahead and pass on this place.
I had the best experience at Green Front Furniture this week and it was all due to finding the perfect rug for our dining space! Green Front Furniture has a marvel of a representative in Justin West. Luckily for me, he was behind the counter when I first arrived and offered his assistance. I brought one chair pillow and pictures of my room with measurements. Great selection of furniture. Hard to compare pricing and know if it’s truly fair, given how everything seems expensive now! The couple of employees who stopped to check on me and my wife were friendly, helpful, and not pushy whatsoever. My only real complaint is the cost of delivery to where we live. Still looking for the “right” furniture store, but planning to come back.
How can you not love this place? Very high end and also accessible furniture at reasonable prices. My husband and I love shopping here. You can easily spend a whole day and can make an overnight of it if you want. We have purchased many many things here and our home and office is elevated for it. The delivery has been very fast as well and the deliverymen had a great attitude.
