Sam is great. He went over and beyond to repair my battery. He quickly established the cells were okay but that the BMS was locked. He went to great trouble to unlock the BMS and reinstate the battery at a very reasonable cost. Great communication throughout. I highly recommend Green Eden E-bikes. Thank you Sam.

Got Sam at Green Eden E-Bikes to test my Old faulty battery, He keep me informed every step of the way with all the information , Unfortunately was needing a full repack to fix it which was to much cost to go ahead for my cheap bike (like any repack cost).....so I not go through with repair. Green Eden was very helpful and easy to deal with every step of the way..... much appreciate it. THANKS Allan

Very very good guy fixed my conversion kit battery and controller replaced the bms and goes abit faster now charges nicely again and price wise was pretty good
