Got Sam at Green Eden E-Bikes to test my Old faulty battery, He keep me informed every step of the way with all the information , Unfortunately was needing a full repack to fix it which was to much cost to go ahead for my cheap bike (like any repack cost).....so I not go through with repair. Green Eden was very helpful and easy to deal with every step of the way..... much appreciate it. THANKS Allan

I am more than pleased with the mountain bike I purchased from Green Eden. It was delivered to me promptly, is well made, and is a pleasure to ride. Lately it needed a repair as the result of an accident and Green Eden handled this very well. I can recommend the bike and the company.

I called, got great advice, and bought an e-bike that is perfect for me. Delivered in a couple of days, and working perfectly-thanks very much. I recommend Green Eden 100%

I needed a battery repair asap and Sam was very helpful throughout. Really good communication and made it super easy. Battery was quickly fixed and returned well packaged in no time. Would highly recommend... A +++

I dunno what these guys are doing. But their site said I couldn't get shipping for more than a single item, so i paid for 2 products and requested a shipping quote. 24 hours later and 4 emails, one of which said he'd get me a quote, I still don't have a quote. I still need hydraulic oil for my brakes, and it looks like I'll miss the shipping run for today too if they take any longer.. And if I don't get this by the weekend I'm gonna have no brakes at all..
