Bought a $34 disposable from here that must have been a dud because it never turned on, called the next day to see if it could be exchanged for a new one (was not asking for a refund) and was told they only have the staff to do these things before 3:00pm? Unfortunately I work long beyond those hours and when I told the gentleman this he stated he was sorry for my inconvenience. Sad to see this is how they handle mistakes and bad product
They have great prices amazing product and very knowledgeable budtenders. Steven and Cain always hook it up
