Place is a joke. Led me on the whole time . It seemed great at first, the doctor got back quick but that was the last time I spoke to anybody. They filled out my application wrong and there is no one to contact for help by phone , only emails tht they don't return. My application was denied. Thanks for nothing.

2024- first time renewing with them. Paid extra for “help” with the application. Didn’t get any help, so I submitted the application myself. I ask for a refund of the “fee” and was told no problem on 3/21, it is now 3/28 and I have not received any response. (2022)process was Efficient, easy, decently priced and I didn’t even have to leave my house. Customer service was great (gave 5 stars)
