Unprofessional from the start. Third time I have certified thru this company. NOT any more! After taking my money (including filing fees) and getting approval thru their Dr. Alex called me a liar about invoice communications and waited weeks before returning any of my emails and Voice Mails. With vengeance, they got me locked out of AZDH. Scary to think they have access to my whole life I would go anywhere else but here.
