Completely dissatisfied! I had my appointment to renew my mmj card on Nov 1st at 11am and have yet to receive my azqp#. so my application is yet to even be submitted. do not go here!! They never answer the phone either or call back in a timely manner
I have a appointment today at 10am here it is 11:40 & they are not even open not answering the phone I’m pissed!! Nothing saying why there are closed or nothing!! Super annoyed on top of already paying my money!! 😒😒😒

Tucson office: walk-in was so easy spoke to the doctor after seeing the receptionist gave them my medical history is so easy and you could pay the fee on your debit card or cash if you make it in before September Ends you pay 170 after that in October is 190 still the cheapest in town with with SNAP food stamps for those who don't know
