Walked in to open a new account. No other customers in the lobby. Was told to sit down and wait.......waited 20 mins before walking out and going to a different bank.
It's just the worse bank.... Still charge overdraft fees on any amount.. Still require a 3 day hold on mobile deposits...even though we have direct deposit on my husband and I've deposited from one of my employers for OVER 8 years EVERY two weeks..they still refuse to let me have the funds that day. I work over an hour away from the closet branch. They work reallyhard to make things inconvenient.....

Slowest bank I’ve ever been to lacks customer service took six days for my check to clear, another time pulled cash out of my account and they gave it to the car next to me just incompetent
