Tried hard to open an account here. Called and called no answer. Texted the text line, got a “yea” response. How unprofessional can you be? Then went to the branch and I was told they didn’t know how to do anything(open an account) I’d need to go across the river. I don’t want ppl who handle my money to not know how to answer a phone, respond to a text in a professional way or just flat out have no idea when I ask them to open a basic account. I guess I’ll go across the river and just go to a different CU or bank.
Alway helpful, yet my only complaint is the hours.. They are NOT at all helpful to the working schedule. They open late, and close early. So to get there. You have to be late to work or leave early just to get there in time.. Very very very inconvenient hours
Green Country Federal Credit Union has been a very good place for me to do all my banking. They are friendly and helpful with any problems that I have had. I have both business and personal accounts at the credit union.
This branch is not what it use to be the young people you have now are lacking in experience I go thur the drive thru and it was empty took a while for them to get my deposit of one check and I waited and waited finally turned my car off. She came back and said nothing about taking so long and there were other people working too. This is not the first time this has happened . I’m thinking maybe it’s time for a change .
