Overall, it was a very simple process. I called to make the appointment. Karen was polite and thorough in her explanation of what I needed to do and what would happen after. Dr. Cohen conducted my appointment via video conference. He was also quite nice and I felt heard. The appointment was $150. There was another fee of $25 (on Missouri website) that went to the state.
