Used them for over 10 years now, interest on checking account is better than anyone else in banking. Easily transfer funds from other accounts. Haven't had any issues.

I've always had great experiences with everyone at Grundy's Greenbelt!! Staff is always friendly. Very helpful with transactions/questions

Horrible customer service from stephanie and marissa. stephanie was so great to to the extent she told me that I should call a different branch when asking to change my address. So when asking for her manager information she absolutely refused and then she rattled on about a few things about my account and I didn't even confirm my identity very unprofessional would not recommend banking with green belt Grundy because who knows who they are going to give your information to

Green Belt Bank & Trust has been exceptional to work with for our organization. Their customer service is top tier. Recently, we ordered supplies for an event, the supplies never showed up and the company wouldn’t issue us a refund – we called the bank, they took take care of the problem and were able to get our money back. I couldn’t recommend GBBT enough!
