NO PROFESSIONALISM!!!!! She told me to SHUT UP when I called the 2nd time!!!! I thought I got disconnected, thats why i called back!!!! You just lost our business, Lady!!!!!!
Called and scheduled for a 2:00pm appointment. No one was there so called and got an answer to reschedule for a 3:00pm appointment and no one was there. Even waited 10 minutes after 3. I dont know how well the tax service is but goodluck getting them to show up.
