Green Apple has such a strong sense of community. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in each other’s progress. It’s more than just a gym. The team genuinely cares, the classes are supportive and well-run, and everyone is made to feel confident and included.
I just love the Green Apple! Feels like a little family with staff who really care and know their stuff. I've made some great new friends of all ages. I recently started Pilates Reformer and it's made such a difference to my strength and core. After just a few weeks I feel so much stronger and a lot less fatigue.
My health and fitness has improved thanks to the staff at Green Apple Wellness Centre. I have never liked the gym but coming here is different, the tailored program suits me, the members are wonderful and such an inspiration (some are aged in there 90s - I feel like a young one at 52). I would highly recommend anyone to come here, they cover all fitness levels, any age and its where size doesn't matter. I can't wait to start my new pool program, bring on summer and the new me. Whether working out on the vast range of equipment or joining one of the many classes, you are always made to feel part of The Green Apple Wellness community. Since joining I have improved my fitness, flexibility and balance. I feel more confident and happy due to this. I highly recommend this centre to anyone wishing to improve their physical and/or mental well-being.
I am currently completing placement for my Exercise Science Degree at Green Apple Wellness and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far. The staff and members are all so lovely and welcoming. I really look forward to coming in everyday and learning something new and exciting.
