Our central air stopped working on one of the hottest days. We called Green Apple early in the morning and two technicians arrived a few hours later. They diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired the unit . They were very professional and we would not hesitate to call them again and would recommend Green Apple to family or friends.

I had a problem with my gas water boiler which was about 9 years old and sent an email in the morning. About an hour later Dean calls me to discuss options. Based on the cost of fixing an older unit coming close to the end of life or replacing it for a new one for a bit more money I decided to replace the old unit. I just moved to Ridgewood and we noticed that our drains were clogged. We called Green Appple and they arrived within 45 minutes. After an hour trying to snake the pipe, they called in for back up to get a longer snake. The longer snake worked, but they suspected that it wasnt my problem, but that the city sewer was backing up. They looked in the sewer cap in the street and told me to call the DPW right away. They stayed here waiting for the DPW to show for over an hour.
