Horrible customer service. Couldn’t get through to anyone and got blocked by the operator because I asked them to help me find someone in the office that could help. Insane prices and horrible policy. Messed up composite? Sorry. Gotta wait 2 weeks and pay $3k anyways. Joke of a company.
Very helpful crew behind the scenes. Had an issue with payment and they responded and resolved it right away. 10/10 recommend
Horrible company to work with. Inexperienced photographers and overpriced unedited pictures. They hook you by getting you to “sign for the pictures” which they fail to mention locks you into another two year contract with them. They take advantage of Greek life and college students by overcharging and providing pictures that would’ve looked better if I did them on my phone. I wouldn’t be surprised if they hire people off the street and give them a 10minute crash course on how to turn a camera on then send them on their way. ... read more
My experience with this company was miserable. First the photographer made me hold my head in a series of strange ways, not looking at the camera, and then when i had to go to the table to view the pictures with another man he was unbelievably rude. The pictures were all bad (due to the fact that I was not able to look at the camera) and when I kindly asked if it was possible to retake them he rudely said no and asked why.
