That’s my first time there I have no issue lady on front desk Marry she is nice and helpful they trying to organized in yard because it’s tight spots to back on dock that’s why just go 5 mint before your appointment check in and they give you dock same time whole process take 50 mint to in and out with papers.
They expect people to be on time for their appointment, but they are not on time to unload and make you wait hours this place is a joke
Warning I came here for a delivery. Due to heavy rain and heavy traffic, I reached here 15 minutes late and they allowed me to make a new appointment and then deliver the need. I will never want to see them in the future.
Everyone crying about the check-in lady are sissies. She is perfectly nice if you are respectful to her. The issue is the tight lot not meant for anything more than day cabs at best. It’s a nightmare docking and trailers get damaged on the regular.
