This place is tight and only appointments check in lady in the morning she doesn’t have any sense at all lady learn some manners……… I would prefer coming in the evening time. Good luck everyone out there
These people are horrible. The worst experience i ever had. They are rude,Docks are super tight. They don’t want you to come in even 20 minutes before appointment. They want you to park on street then go to office then wait for text and then unhook trailer at dock.Go back park on street and then wait for text. When its loaded hook trailer and park on street and then go to office for paperwork. No restrooms. Terrible place
That’s my first time there I have no issue lady on front desk Marry she is nice and helpful they trying to organized in yard because it’s tight spots to back on dock that’s why just go 5 mint before your appointment check in and they give you dock same time whole process take 50 mint to in and out with papers.
They expect people to be on time for their appointment, but they are not on time to unload and make you wait hours this place is a joke
