Great place, loaded fast
My appointment was 08.09 AM. Checked in 7.30. It is 11:06 AM and I am still here waiting to get loaded. I woke up at 5.30AM to drive to my yard to do PTI and drive to this facility and be on time so I stay here and wait because they are not honoring their appointment time. Ridiculous. They got 1 star reviews for a reason.
Everything and everyone was super polite and cool , checked in 20 min prior appt , they started loading firm on appt time , took them 15 min , my only complaint was the “honey bucket” definitely seen better days .
RUDE, RUDE, AND ONE MORE TIME RUDE. She has a very terrible attitude with all drivers in the check-in office
One word is enough worst not professional, racist, and lazy employee
