Is this company still trading??? Showroom closed, and no one answering the phone. We've been told that it's folded, by a friend who is in the middle of a job. And we are still waiting for our bedroom to be completed - even though they wanted full payment before the work even started... The standard this time has been poor. As a family, we've had a LOT of work done with Great Look over the years, but noticed a massive decline this time. Kitchen looks great, we had issues with the original installation with some parts being fitted poorly and incorrectly. These problems were partially rectified by a second team. We have an issue with our integrated dinning table which due to the design of the table support we are unable to get 4 chairs under it. We were assured that this would be rectified as soon as a fitting team became available as the new table parts have been manufactured, we've now been waiting over a year. We had our £15000 kitchen installed in Feb 2024, install took 2 weeks, after the install we contacted Great Look to advise them on some broken parts an incorrect cupboard that was installed and some other minor items. We had a visit where all the points were noted. We left it two months till April/May before contacting them to chase up on progress only to be told the salesman had left and they were working through the backlog and to bear with them. We have had our fitted wardrobe installed with great quality material and workmanship. With Richard attending to the design and choices we are very pleased with the result and feel it's worth the cost and reliable service for the touch of luxury added to our home.
