Avoid at all costs! My wife lost her job. We contacted this bank to work out a payment arrangement (which we honored) that covered the interest, late fee, and paid a small portion on the loan itself. After some time, the office from Buffalo harrassed me at work (during a crisis no less) and was told to speak to my wife.
