I called frantically needing assistance and guidance . I paid and NEVER have heard a word from Rachel Dove or this company since. It’s been VERY DISAPPOINTING as I am a single mother who doesn’t just have money to give without actual correspondence or anything . Any grants or funding should be looked into thoroughly as this practice doesn’t seem to be credible and actually aiding the community .
I understand the circumstances during this times of the covid 19 but ever since I paid, I never heard back of the lawyer who took my case. There are no answers to my calls or any returned calls, neither from the lawyer nor the secretary! It's been four weeks now and absolutely nothing happened!
