The people at this branch are beyond helpful. Like a dork I gave the teller a deposit slip for a different bank. She had it figured out and deposited in the time for a normal transaction. Really nice people!
I had a bad problem with a scammer and had to close my account on short notice. I didn't want to lose my overdraft because I needed it. Even though I lost it for awhile they still helped me to not have to give my whole check even though I still owed a balance. Jus wanted them to know I'm so greatful they worked hard for me. Thank You Ladies
Erica and her staff are AMAZING! If you need help with any of your banking needs l strongly recommend visiting the Cedar Park branch. I can't say enough good things about them.
IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone!!!! I would never recommend dealing with this credit union because I don’t think real people exist to take your call. I would rather pay extra than to not deal with this credit union.
