Fabian is the best!! Every time I come in it just feels like i’m visiting a friend, yet every time I’ve had an issue he is helpful and quick to resolve it. I truly could not ask for a better banker :)

Absolutely the most incompetent customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had to call 7 times over the course of 3 weeks just to get a document sent to me. Every time I called I got a different response as to why they can’t send me that document that could cost me thousands of dollars if I don’t turn it in within a specific time frame. Total incompetence from GTFCU. Go somewhere else.
Can't wait to be done with these people. We were forced into a relationship through Northside Ford, another business deserving of negative stars if that was an option, and have had nothing but problems. We were double charged for a car payment in July and when we asked one of the charges to be reversed, they put the funds into a savings account that was opened when the loan initiated that not a single soul told us about; even on the phone, no one mentioned the money going into that account.
