The tellers are all really helpful and kind
If I could choose 0 stars I would. I am not a member. But I work for someone who is. First I went through the drive way. They said nonmembers have to go inside. I went inside, I had 4 small checks. The amounts are small so I wait till I have a couple of checks. The lady looks at all the checks, looks at computer. And walks away, not telling me why. Greater Texas Federal Credit Union is now one of the worst Banks I have ever been with. I have been left stranded on vacation for 4 days over a $2.82 fraudulent transition and it's another 3 days before the bank opens so that I can resolve less than a $3 issue. They did not just freeze the card they destroyed the card and left me with no options to survive while I was on vacation. Arrived in the lobby at 1:15. Had to make a cash deposit, get a new card since the one they sent never arrived at my house, and updated my account. It's now 2:15 and they're just now done. Business at the speed of We Don't Care About Your Agenda for the Day. Why am I even still a customer here?!? Oh, probably because it would take them a full 8 hour work day to complete that transaction. Terrible. I worked with 3 different people for this.
