I had a new auto loan taken out through Greater Texas Aggieland Credit Union. They sent info in the mail but have NO information as to how to set anything up using their app. So I tried calling several numbers but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! How can you run a business this way? I am deeply disappointed as this is my first experience with this bank. AWFUL!!!
I have a business and being Aggie affiliated we chose to place our account with GTFCU since April 2016. I love the actual branch team, however we now cannot call and talk to a branch team member when an issue arises. I have a plumbing company and we went in for an oil change but the card on file expires in less than a month so they cannot process it. I love the staff at the Bastrop location. The problem is with the call center, business banking, and the mobil app. They are always changing their processes as they seem to not have the operations end figured out yet. I do not recommend for business banking.
Clerks are rude if I could give 0 stars I would.
