I love the staff at the Bastrop location. The problem is with the call center, business banking, and the mobil app. They are always changing their processes as they seem to not have the operations end figured out yet. I do not recommend for business banking.
Clerks are rude if I could give 0 stars I would.
Greater Texas is a GREAT bank, especially the Bastrop Branch. I have been a member since the 1990's and I have always had superb service, friendly people who work there and just a wonderful bank. I no longer live in TX but still am banking with them because most banks (NOT credit unions) will charge you just for walking in the door. The complains I read in reviews are just unreal and I wanted to add how wonderful it is to bank with them.l
The tellers are all really helpful and kind
