When I go to GTCU to do some banking, I always look forward to seeing Stephen Shell. I walk in and she knows my name as she greets me. She’s professional, kind and always helpful. This bank is a “feel-good” in comparison to others. I’m happy that I switched to it a couple years back, and Stephanie surely has solidified my choice.

These ladies are so nice. They will treat you so many ways you are bound to like one of them. That is the truth. You need to get you a account there because they are hardly busy after Monday I plan never to go Mondays because everyone on Social Security is there.
I went to the Bastrop branch of Greater Texas Credit Union to apply for their credit card. Shellee Hancock helped me through the process. She was professional in her dealings and answered all of my questions. All the employees at any branch of Greater Texans have always been kind and helpful.
