I’ve been banking here for years and I can absolutely say this bank is the best that I have been with so far.
I’ve been banking with Greater Texas Federal Credit Union since around 2013–2014, and I’ve always had great experiences with them. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Rachelle especially is amazing—she always has a great attitude and genuinely cares about helping people. Every interaction I’ve had at GTFCU has been positive. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a bank that actually treats you like a person.
