They force you to use only their approved people to rehab the homes. This is a scam and needs shut down.
Very bad experience, without consideration for buyers. Poor management, poor service, archaic systems. From the looks of it, I am not the only one with this experience.
I strongly encourage those to not go through the greater Land Bank, I think that is stupid to sell property for a price then mandate us to have a certain amount in our banks for the renoivations
They took my house that my mom paid $62,000 for her wouldn't let me work with them at all made over 10 family members and animals homeless and then tore the house down there was no working with them at all maybe they should let another couple hundred thousand ukrainians in this country I've been here my whole what they are doing to their own people is not right
