I highly recommend this bank for your future investments. I just recently purchased and closed on my house. Alice Bustos was excellent, proficient and accessible to me, actually at all hours of the day, she even helped answer questions in the weekends. She was so easy to work with and explained the very complex process of buying a house. It is a smaller bank, but she is very resourceful. She was able to get me the best interest rate! This is probably one of the SLOWEST banks ever. I was sitting in the line for almost 45 minutes for a simple deposit. Then I walked inside thinking it was full, ONLY ONE CUSTOMER WAS THERE BEFORE ME. Who ever was in charge of the deposits just had mine there NOT EVEN STARTED. Ridiculous.
I’ve been a member of this bank for over 10 years. They’ve never failed to help me in my financial needs. They’ve helped my business grow through business loans, they’ve helped me with personal loans, and now, they are helping my family build our first home.
