This is probably one of the SLOWEST banks ever. I was sitting in the line for almost 45 minutes for a simple deposit. Then I walked inside thinking it was full, ONLY ONE CUSTOMER WAS THERE BEFORE ME. Who ever was in charge of the deposits just had mine there NOT EVEN STARTED. Ridiculous.
I’ve been a member of this bank for over 10 years. They’ve never failed to help me in my financial needs. They’ve helped my business grow through business loans, they’ve helped me with personal loans, and now, they are helping my family build our first home. Thank you to everyone at Greater State Bank for always helping me with my needs. And for always making me feel like a person and not a number. I know that I’m not going anywhere else
