It is very disappointing to have professional adults act so rude and unprofessional. To be greeted with, "what do you want" instead of hello how can I help you? Is sad and I hope she finds another career because obviously she doesn't like her job!

This has to be the worst credit union in the world I have had on many issues over the years I've can't count I'm so done with them if you're looking for a great credit union keep looking this is not the one
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of support and resolution I have received from GNO FCU. Despite being a loyal customer, the credit union has failed to address a crucial issue regarding my car title. Last year, I paid off my car loan and the credit union claimed to have mailed the car title to me. However, it never arrived in the mail. They then requested that I file a "lost mail" claim with the post office, which I did.
