BEWARE – This is a truly awful institution to do business with. I chose to go with them for my new vehicle auto loan, as the rate was lower. BIG MISTAKE! The customer service is awful. There's no online bill pay, you must go inside to make a payment, which is a LONG process. Or you can choose to pay a $5 "Convenience fee" and wait 20 minutes on hold for a person to assist you over the phone. I have tried both, and they're equally painful.
