The pick up isn’t up to par. Clients are late for appointments due to late pick ups. The appointments will only allow 15 minutes and n appointment and the GNHT has a bad record of pick up. Either they’re too early or late!

A company that has NO professionalism. The driver pulled on my lobby door causing a malfunction in opening the door. I could not get out and he left. He could care less whether I was able to get out.When I was able to get the door open GNHTD refused to send another ride.

This company treats people like were worthless.they have no respect for their customers.if you doubt take a ride with them.maybe you too will wake up.good luck if you do. Three days ago I took my ride to the doctor and they didn't pick me up to come home.they cancelled my ride to take me back home from the doctors office.problem doctor was 15 miles from my house.they didn't not notify me that they weren't coming to get me.i am a senior this is shameful.yhis bus isn't free .has this happen to anyone else.i had to take the pub... read more

Yesterday I was involved in an auto accident with this company. The driver was obviously on his phone while transporting someone and struck my truck at a very high rate of speed from behind. I was pushed into the vehicle in front of me. Three vehicles were involved and several occupants. I called this company requesting to speak to a supervisor and nobody ever called me back. That says so much about this company and their integrity.

Not responsive to customers needs. Too stringent and unyielding in their rules. Antiquated software and under trained office staff leadership contribute to on going issues. Frustrating unreliable system.
