The WORST!!!!! One of the only banks I know that does not release deposits early. So I get to wait for my ssdi for 4 more days while GNCU sits on it. Closing account immediately. Also charged me over $100 for my balance being -$4.82 (which happened from a Lyft ride mistake they charged me twice and I did not know it). Going back to Chase, at least I get my money right away. absolutely the worst bank in history. spoke with a rep from the bank who completely ignored my complaint and said I should read the fine print . I admit it was my mistake and asked if she could offer any other loan to help reduce my interest rate. She Refused to help and said "have a nice day". I called the number listed on the web site [after 15 minutes wait] and told i was next caller number 1 . another 15 minutes later- told due to high call volume -please call back. Scheduled an appointment to talk to a loan person and they were 15 minutes late. When I had more questions and made another appointment, they never called me at my appointment time.
