Used there coin machine printed me a receipt took it to teller had an issue and because of this I lost out on the money!!!!
Dislike this bank for a lot of reasons. First of all , the wait times both in branch and on the phone. I can never just get in and out of the bank without waiting in a long line. There is never enough help. Yesterday, for the first time in two years since I opened my account, there was NO! line and I could actually get in and out. That’s the first time this has EVER happened. My chief complaint, the customer service sucks and it always has. There is a continuing revolving door for the tellers.
