Don't get me wrong, I love gncu. This branch and the one on los Altos no longer have atms on-site. I asked at the university branch if they are getting a new one and I was informed they are phasing out the branch completely due to less foot traffic than anticipated. I feel like maybe they have less business due to staffing not being enough at certain times, or simply because it is such a small branch. This credit union has friendly staff who have always been helpful and courteous. They are knowledgeable and able to address all of my concerns. I like their rates and fraud prevention. GNCU is better than any bank I have used in the past. RECOMMEND!!!

Yet another $35 OD fee while my account is in positive. Was told by the teller "ya, that happens because sometimes an item will go on hold but be posted to your account, so the money isn't pulled yet but there was a transaction at the time".... really? This is the 8th time my account received OD fee in last 2 months that has occurred while positive! Including fraud charges which was reversed but had to fight the OD fee from the fraud. After 13 months with them member services overall not real friendly, the few I have talked to seem to take there job and dealing with members a little to personally. In my opinion there training with member service, needs to be better monitored.
