Completely rude. Asked leading questions and didn’t listen to my answers or concerns. All I tried to do was open a new account and the branch manager Dani came in to tell me all the things I was doing wrong in my small business without even knowing what I do or that I’ve been doing it for over ten years. Walked out. I went somewhere else (not Greater Nevada, you guys lost me for good with this experience) and received amazing service. Terrible bank, unnecessary fees, no 24 hour “fee free” grace period if the account is overdrawn, plus not so friendly customer service agents. Won’t be working with this bank in the future.
Doesn't matter which branch. Account gets frozen frequently when using Bill Pay and you get passed from phone number to phone number to try and resolve, which doesn't happen. Visiting this branch was told it was resolved it but wasn't. If it wasn't so hard to set up Bill Pay I would close out my account. I’ve called all the numbers including the number that thney give you when you call the numbers and they do not get you to a human who can resolve things. Went to check my account for deposit of my paycheck. It wasn't there. They said they were updating the system to call back in 5 minutes. Called back in 30. My check was in pending. I was told my check was on hold for verification purposes. I worked for the same company for 2 years. And never had my check held. So now have to take the day off, losing a day of pay which I can't afford. To go to a branch to see if the can do anything.
DONT bank with this institution! Save yourself the grief. They do not care about their customers. They debited a large amount money from my account which was supposed to be transferred to an external account in 2 business days according to them. They lost the money, said it was a glitch in their system, refused to credit me my money even after 10 days. Kept giving me misleading information, sent me to the fraud dept whom said they couldn’t help me. Just don’t do it, their customer service is non helpful.
