Alexandra McCoy was very, very helpful. She took me through what I needed to do in a way that was easy for me to understand. This credit union is great.
Caesar personally helped me address account concerns. He was extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend visiting this location to skip the longer lines downtown.
I have never regretted my account at greater Nevada. Every location has wonderful staff and it's nice to see the familiar faces. People that work there must like working there because very rarely do they seem to leave. That's a positive for me as well. Thank you so much. Today I was helped by Aunika. Completely rude. Asked leading questions and didn’t listen to my answers or concerns. All I tried to do was open a new account and the branch manager Dani came in to tell me all the things I was doing wrong in my small business without even knowing what I do or that I’ve been doing it for over ten years. Walked out. I went somewhere else (not Greater Nevada, you guys lost me for good with this experience) and received amazing service.
