Always helpful Jannell dose good job
Never had an issue that couldn't be resolved. Only once was there a close call when opening an "I can save" savings account. App didn't reflect the agreed upon 6% APY and reps on the phone didn't understand what I was asking. Nonetheless, interest accrued at 6% even if it read wrong on the app and online. Very pleased with their fraud detection and calls to check transactions. Have been here for years, will be here for many more
The staff at GNCU Ely are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about programs they offer. I'm a third generation and lifetime GNCU member and when there have been issues, they have been solved quickly!
