Manipulate their policies to create revenue – I have had now 3 times that GNCU has put a hold on my deposits to create non- sufficient fund charges on my account. It is a way for them to manipulate their policies against you. They have taken my deposits and run them through within 24 to 48 hours normally. WORST CREDIT UNION EVER!!!! – I had thousands in my account and tried to close it after I left the area. They would not send me my money. I had to write a check against my account and then asked for the balance with interest as it was a savings account. They would not send me my interest or my July 2009 statement. I had to file a complaint with the State to get them to send me "some" of my interest. They still owe me interest and my July 2009 statement some 2 years later.
