Just wanted to send a quick review for an assistant Branch Manager at the Greater Nevada Credit Union Mae Anne Branch . I had been trying for months to resolve an issue with my checking account . I had been through numerous phone center calls and had stop by several other branches to attempt to get this issue resolved . I went in last Saturday to verify account info and set up auto payments. The service was super fast and efficient. Shout out to Christian who helped me. Excellent customer service. It was an all around great visit!
Jennifer Hernandez of this location gave me and my husband, who have been members for quite some time, and have a good relationship with them, a really hard time; refused to serve us, gave us instructions for how to be served, and after we followed them, refused to serve us again! Terrible experience. We will be looking to move to another bank. Can’t be left destitute because of a person with a bad attitude! Worst run GNCU in town. Moved very close to this location two years ago and 7-8 times now I’ve driven here to use the ATM which never seems to be working. If you want your time wasted and to face inconveniences regularly this is the bank for you. Also the manager was rude last time I mentioned this issue after a year of having these issues and she acted like there was no issue and was completely dismissive. Why do I continue to put money here?? When I opened my account the chic messed up the login and we had to go home and do it ourselves. Now, finding it frustrating to transfer funds. Can't transfer more until the previous transfer is completed. Which takes far too long. Good luck with YOUR finaces.
