Our experience at GNCU Dayton was great. Had appointment for a Notary. Came to office and power was off due to a storm. They let us in to do our business by limited light. She was awesome and did a great job taking care of our paperwork. Everyone there were pleasant and made us feel like valued customers. Our GNCU is the greatest!!!
Money money money
I joined after I told them what happened with Chase. They told me things would be better. Bring my paycheck in They tell me they're going to have to hold the whole amount for seven business days. Closed my account and never looked back.
Worst customer service EVER. Tellers talking and laughing in the corner, other teller chatting it up with friends. 1 teller taking a break at 3:45pm with a line of 10 people waiting. I was first in line and waited for over 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged with a "will be with you soon" as the teller walked away. Finally got to the teller to deposit an $1100 check. Was told they would put a hold on the check. When I asked why, saying that I've never had a check under $5000 have a hold on it, the teller replied with "... read more
They get 1 star because when I try to call all I get is either a buzzy signal or my call won't go through. All I am trying to do is set up the zella so I can receive money sience they don't let u set it up on the mobile app. This is ridiculous.
