Worst customer service EVER. Tellers talking and laughing in the corner, other teller chatting it up with friends. 1 teller taking a break at 3:45pm with a line of 10 people waiting. I was first in line and waited for over 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged with a "will be with you soon" as the teller walked away. Finally got to the teller to deposit an $1100 check. Was told they would put a hold on the check. When I asked why, saying that I've never had a check under $5000 have a hold on it, the teller replied with "... read more
They get 1 star because when I try to call all I get is either a buzzy signal or my call won't go through. All I am trying to do is set up the zella so I can receive money sience they don't let u set it up on the mobile app. This is ridiculous.
This is not necessarily a complaint about the Dayton Branch, moreso with the entire organization. Before leaving to live abroad, I went to the branch to inform them so they wouldn't shut off my card for suspicious activity. My card was shut off for that. I was able to get it reinstated, but it was a huge inconvenience. Next, I gave them my new address and my new phone, as my US phone number is not working over here despite having an International phone plan. Just wanted you to know what a treasure you have in Makaila Marshall, she has been so helpful and kind to me and my husband for many years whenever we had a question or didn’t understand something about our account she was knowledgeable and so professional explaining it to us. Then my husband passed last year and thankfully Makaila walked me and my daughter through the process which is a lot. But because she helped us set up a trust before he passed, it was a lot easier.
