I will start off by saying the staff are amazing! I have no complaints about service. I think we were all probably excited to see they are open Saturdays now BUT!!!…. and this is a big complaint I have a a consumer of GNCU is the new Saturday schedule has forced the staff to loose hours off their paychecks as they have to remove a normal weekday from their work to cover Saturdays. Both ATM broken. No inside service on Friday. It is Nevada day but the entire parking lot is pissed
The absolute worse credit union/ bank ever. They sent out card to an address NOT on the application. When they sent OUR card, someone ELSES card was also there. They also have sold our information. We have gotten so much spam mail in other peoples names in our family who have never lived or connected with us. One of the people we got mail for is DEAD! Someone else lives in a whole other state and has never been connected to us in any way. Do not give these people your money. They will sell your information and are not a safe... read more
