I had wonderful, warm and friendly service from Jamee K at the branch on North Carson Street.
Teller was super rude. I will never do business with them. I have told people how rude and condescending teller was. I am not sure how she keeps her job
Thank you Ms Ronni for making an unpleasant experience fantastic! If you need anything miss ronni is the best and will take great care of you. She is upbeat, funny and personable and full of life and makes sure your set up for success. Sh provides the old fashioned great customer service. Sh reviewed my account and updated me to a better more suited option and helped my husband establish himself as a member and got us connect with someone to help us refinance our new car all in a single visit!
At your Dayton location, I had a very good experience with Andrea. She was very helpful and I gave her five stars on her service that she provided for me. She was very informative and very patient with my situation. She also was very patient and answered all my questions help me to set up my account virtually and inform me how to use all the services that were involved with my account. I give her five stars total. It was a great experience thank you Andrea.
This is the worst GNCU Branch. Everytime I am in there the teller has an attitude. I think this is where all their flunkies are sent. I am a business owner and if my staff acted like the employees here did, I would fire every last one of them. This ongoing poor experience has me looking for a new banking institution after having multiple accounts with GNCU for many years.
