Greater Kentucky Credit Union has been a secure place to keep my accounts, and the people are friendly enough. The Versailles location isn't terribly convenient, though. It seems that if I want to do anything more than just very basic things, I need to go to their Red Mile branch. And if I need to do anything on a Saturday when I actually have time to do it, again, It's a trip to their Red Mile branch. Their online/app experience is also a little lacking. Came to talk about some personal stuff and maybe see my options on credit building options and the only person I was able to talk to was Susan who was sitting at a teller window, where nothing I would of said was private, and she didn’t seem to want to get up and head to office where she said she’s normally at anyways, very unprofessional and fairly rude.
