All branches are ready to help you and another branch will contact the other if you need to go to the closest one. Then they are ready for you when you arrive. That's five-star service.
I needed to find out about a home equity loan. It was explained what I needed to do and get documents for the process. The Credit Union folks helped thru the process and were also available for questions. We got it completed and I am so appreciative for Greater Iowa. They have helped me many times over the years, Thank you GICU. It was great!
