Muy excelente con respecto y amabilidad
Every time I walk through the doors someone greets me by name . I sat with Joanna if this is the correct spelling and she was absolutely great helping me with a couple issues. I recommend this branch.
I’ve been a customer with them since 2018, lately the customer service sucks. The employees are rude and unprofessional. They speak in Spanish when dealing with non Spanish customers, which in my opinion is rude as heck!! They lack the knowledge to do their job efficiently and effectively. I closed my account in 2026and would not recommend them to anyone. GreenState Credit Union is the place go!!!
I just opened a checking account. Michelle Marquez was very nice and friendly. She helped me out.
