Always positive. Appreciate the personal help when I come into the office. Cashiers and personal bankers are always friendly and available when I come in.
I have been a member for over 40 yrs and the customer service is the same now as it was then! Great folks and great products.
Mikayla Alvarado has been absolutely amazing to work with as a loan officer. She has went out of her way to go the extra mile, been easy to reach with questions, always responsive and has made the entire process easy for me! If you happen to need a great rate on an auto loan I would highly recommend Greater Iowa Credit Union!
This branch is awful. Staff is worthless and more focused on getting off work than being polite. I showed up at exactly 12pm closing time. The person working ran to the door and locked it before I got to it and laughed. I don’t care that I wasn’t allowed service. I’m not happy about the rudeness of laughing and zero care. The proper thing to do would have been to open the door and say “sorry we’re now closed”. But that’s just proper customer service, something this employee clearly doesn’t have.
