I was treated with such kindness and respect
This bank don’t know how to respect people I wanted to put money and save money in a saving account they have no respect for customers I went to other bank they have my money ur company a joke u should treat others the way u want respect so don’t bank here they a joke , long as I go money to put in a account it’s money think about that please bank at other banks. this bank don’t care bottom line if I have money to put in a saving account u should accept it not judge people u lost my respect long ago

Incompetent employees all the way to the top. The Branch manager blamed people under her instead of resolving the issue. Pathetic
When I needed a car loan back in 2022, I shopped around and GICU had the best rate (at the time) without requiring me to move over all of my accounts from my old bank, which was a huge relief. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Since then, I've acquired a few CDs, and we recently opened a Home Equity Line of Credit with them - since we used the county assessment value instead of getting an appraisal, we weren't charged ANY fees to open the line, plus there is no annual fee.
