I wrote a negative review about this company and it's owner Shawn skip tracing me and telling my family member "they' owe me $69k and to have me call them. I asked Shawn to cease and desist as I sold my house to an individual. While it was on a tax sale list, the property was not lost to tax sale. I sold first. Shawn told me if I was embarrassed by them contacting my brother in another state, then I should have paid my taxes.
