A HUGE shoutout to Jessica at GECU! I had some account changes to make and she made it so easy. Was able to get into her office fast, sit down and chat while she's working her magic. Took a lot less time than I thought, and definitely more personable than a larger credit union or bank. If you're in Jonesborough, go chat with her...she's very knowledgable and makes it like you're chatting with a friend.
