Love this bank! My fiancé has been a long time member and has been very happy. When it came time to purchase a vehicle, I opted for us to go thru this bank, even though I wasn’t very familiar with them. I’m so happy I did! Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have not ever banked with this company before, but based off of my interview, I wouldn’t want to at this point. I went in for an interview recently that was around 45 minutes long. I thought it went well and did everything right. I had interviewed with Jenny. I just received that I wasn’t the “right applicant” and was informed that I wasn’t “genuine or confident” in who I am and my answers. I think that’s very rude to inform someone. I wish I could say it’s a great place. The one on Mountain Castle is great they go above and beyond.ETSU Shyann is very nice. Jenny is very rude, I made a deposit and asked if funds were available immediately or would there be a hold. Was told there was no hold so I immediately used the funds and got a call 10 minutes after I left they had put a hold on the check.
