Love this bank! My fiancé has been a long time member and has been very happy. When it came time to purchase a vehicle, I opted for us to go thru this bank, even though I wasn’t very familiar with them. I’m so happy I did! Staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve now worked with Brandy twice on loans. Communication has been excellent and made the whole process so smooth. I wish I could say it’s a great place. The one on Mountain Castle is great they go above and beyond.ETSU Shyann is very nice. Jenny is very rude, I made a deposit and asked if funds were available immediately or would there be a hold. Was told there was no hold so I immediately used the funds and got a call 10 minutes after I left they had put a hold on the check.
