I have not ever banked with this company before, but based off of my interview, I wouldn’t want to at this point. I went in for an interview recently that was around 45 minutes long. I thought it went well and did everything right. I had interviewed with Jenny. I just received that I wasn’t the “right applicant” and was informed that I wasn’t “genuine or confident” in who I am and my answers. I think that’s very rude to inform someone. I wish I could say it’s a great place. The one on Mountain Castle is great they go above and beyond.ETSU Shyann is very nice. Jenny is very rude, I made a deposit and asked if funds were available immediately or would there be a hold. Was told there was no hold so I immediately used the funds and got a call 10 minutes after I left they had put a hold on the check. I explained I already spent the first funds they told me, I would get a 35 NSF fee if the funds were attempted to be released. Jenny told me that was it, and they ... read more
I was looking for a local credit union after moving here from Wisconsin. I had called a few in the area to check out the types of services they offered. They fit what I was looking for. I was very impressed with the quality of service and the welcoming atmosphere. Great choice!
