Update: 1/17/2026 After leaving Review they claim in not a customer in order to evade RESPONSIBILITY. I called day of Appt missed, as service was unnaceptable. Spoke to Dispatch that day, PLEASE before saying im Not a Real customer, collect facts from Dispatch as they were well aware of situation & driver! Unbelivable! MODIVCARE was able to accomodate me because your team choose to leave me outside waiting while on a wheelchair! I have proof of that in my Ring camera so please stop providing FALSE information! Horrible customer service! Not transparent at all! They Leave elderly patients with out transportation! Instead of canceling trip so a different company can accomodate, they choose to be greedy! Dispatch gave petty excuse when patient was outside waiting in wheelchair in the cold , incredibly inhumane, what a shame! Never again will we be using their services! Avoid them, Save yourself a headache!
Had to come back to Arista from home. Sayeed my driver was kind and efficient! He bas so polite and courteous! Journey back was smooth and Easy! Great driver!
